Maintenance

• EarPen is not waterproof
• Batteries should be removed during storage
• Use only battery type of LR type n 1.5 V
• Do not use any other earphones in your earPen than supplied

• Mobile phones may interfere with the audio signal
• Avoid using the product for a long time at high volume
• The product should only be used by people with hearing impairment


Disposal

According to the WEEE Directive (2008/108 / EC), batteries and the rest of the product must be handed over to electronics dealers or recyclers at disposal



FAQ - Frequently asked questions

• Can my earPen stay wet?
  Your earPen can withstand being used in rain. However, your earPen will not work if used under water.

• How long can I use my earPen before replacing batteries?
   An earPen can run on a set of batteries for approx. 100 hours

• Can I use my headset from my iPhone or other phone instead of the included earphones?
  It is possible to use these, yes. However, we recommend that the included earphones are used, instead of your own
